This project involved a comprehensive renovation of a historic building for McGee, Hearne & Paiz, LLP (MHP), emphasizing the preservation of its original character. Key features included the installation of multi-paneled folding aluminum-framed glass, glazed decorative metal railings, and the meticulous restoration of brick and timber columns. The interior showcased a custom-made staircase, repurposed historical elements like the elevator graphic and old phone booths, and a refreshed conference room that retained its historical charm. Additional highlights included metalwork paneling for the elevator, rustic-looking accordion doors, a glass divider for flexible space utilization, and a custom-built sign incorporating the building's original image.
